Special thanks to the whole team at Harry K The service department got right to work on my truck when the transfer case went out in it. Brian from the sales team found me a nice vehicle for me to buy to make it all 800 miles back to my home! Everyone treated me super and that turned my big breakdown far from home into a much better situation. I highly recommend the parts and service there they really cared about getting me up and running again. I really wish they had a dealership in north Arkansas it would be the only place I would trade!

I would like to write and thank you and your staff for the service I received last Thursday, June 9th. I had the pleasure of meeting you personally as I was waiting for my truck to get in for service. I was on vacation at the time, heading home to Indiana, and noticed a leak from my front differential. Of course, being far from home and trying to make it to the next campground by sunset, I was terribly concerned about what might happen. After finding your dealership, Mr. Harris and Mr. Juhnke did an excellent job getting me in, topping off the fluid, and getting me back on the road. I made it to my campsite just as the sun went down, and then traveled back to Indiana, via Wisconsin. Once home in my garage, I was very pleased to find that my fluid level needed minimal topping off. Now, I just need to find time to replace the leaking seal... We had been keeping in contact with Paul from Harry K for 3 weeks, He told us all the minor cosmetic damage and kept everything 100% with us. We live 3 hours away from Winner and In our new 2005 Buick Rendezvous we only used a quarter of a tank of gas. Our 2002 Chevy Silverado broke down on I-90 as we were returning to Wisconsin. Our truck was towed to Harry K’s that evening. The next morning, Saturday, Harry K’s got our truck in for repair and replaced our fuel pump. We were on our way by 10:00 AM and were home in Wisconsin that evening.
